classic cheong cocktail
ingredients
1 oz plop cheong
8 oz soda water
1 oz clear liquor
ice (optional)
sliced fruit (optional)
directions
add the plop cheong, clear liquor, and ice into a shaker
shake vigorously to make sure the syrup is completely dissolved and to chill the drink
strain the drink directly into a glass filled with ice
top with soda water
add the sliced fruit on top as a garnish
