classic cheong cocktail

ingredients

  • 1 oz plop cheong

  • 8 oz soda water

  • 1 oz clear liquor

  • ice (optional)

  • sliced fruit (optional)

directions

  1. add the plop cheong, clear liquor, and ice into a shaker

  2. shake vigorously to make sure the syrup is completely dissolved and to chill the drink

  3. strain the drink directly into a glass filled with ice

  4. top with soda water

  5. add the sliced fruit on top as a garnish
