cheong frappe

ingredients

  • 2 oz plop cheong

  • 4 oz milk of your choice

  • 4 oz vanilla ice cream

  • 1 oz white chocolate syrup (optional)

  • 8oz ice

  • sliced fruit (optional)

directions

  1. add the milk, plop cheong, vanilla ice cream, white chocolate syrup, and ice in a blender

  2. blend the ingredients until it’s a smoothie-like texture

  3. pour into a glass and top with a tablespoon of plop cheong

  4. stir the frappe until the plop cheong is incorporated

  5. add the sliced fruit on top as a garnish
