classic iced cheong refresher

ingredients

  • 1 oz plop cheong

  • 8 oz still or sparkling water

  • ice

  • sliced fruit (optional)

directions

  1. add the plop cheong and sparkling or still water into a cup

  2. stir vigorously to make sure the syrup is completely dissolved in the water

  3. top the glass with ice

  4. add the sliced fruit on top as a garnish
